Have you ever wonder why children are more intelligent than adults. when you think about your life back you see the wonderful and miracle moments you have felt frequently in your childhood. Now becomes rare and occasional and hard to predict your next joyful wonderful satisfactory happy moment. you don't know how much control you have over it and its time duration (how long it would last). why is that so?
Because a child has no idea what life is. he does not know about life problems. he has no responsibility. he is innocent foolishly becomes happy for small unimportant things. right?
As a sincere person, I know much more about life and the world. there is no need to be happy all the time and especially for the things that are not important. that what doesn't benefit us. Right? No,

we are also like a child now and even more vulnerable than him.
Now we scare more about our own thoughts, fear, worry, doubts, and anxieties. we are concern more about negative actions than in the positive way we act. it's, not life or world which is hard. it is you and i. it's our brain and body trying hard to get what we want. That we can feel all the happiness available in the world. That I can be equal to anyone and everyone and in the process of trying we get so exhausted that we might not have time and energy to feel what we wanted to feel. that's why I think the idea of being like a child is fine.
We do not know much too about life, the universe, our body, brain functioning, and our soul we don't know much either.
Be like a child smile like him on life and on your problems. your heart and your brain love this. they perform the best and most positive way when you feel like a smile and you can develop a more healthy heart and ability to accept and solve any problem with fun.
We are still like a child. in terms of knowing about life universe ourselves and GOD. what all we have is the choice we make in a particular situation or desires we have to get what we want. it is nature's job that our wishes and desire may fulfill and that's what you, your mind, body, and spirit following through.
then the questions arise. how to choose what to choose? what is the right choice who knows? is this a great choice? how one can know? you have to learn how it works.

Everyone knows and often talks about the law of attraction that you have a desire and faith for something and in the attitude of gratitude be happy for it in advance and certainly, you will get it. so to be happy most of the time you must be healthy. an unhealthy person cannot remain in a happy state it is hard.
A healthy person chooses good over bad. he has more energy, will power, conscious attention and awareness than an unhealthy frustrated man can do. health is most important for well being of yourself and all humanity. Particularly your brain health. it's not about only muscle but cognitive functioning as well.
when we were child we know the world and the people around and lots of opportunities to be happy and feel happy and express love joy no matter what. and now we are working hard to achieve such things that were freely available. where we have lost that ability. what went wrong. what we are thinking, judging and justifying is not the only truth. it can be a reality. but happiness and our capacity to do great things. to achieve an extraordinary level of joy, satisfaction, and success are the goals that far to reach.
What I am aiming, is to achieve the sense of feeling of happiness we felt in childhood. this is the greatest healer to our body and mind. the neurological pathways of growth hormones get activated.
it is the far more ability to experience pleasure and happiness which can be learned and developed to an extraordinary level.
Over worry and stress are destructive to our brain health and the over health, vitality and most importantly your ability to experience happiness.

There is a great connection between heart and brain there is a combination and coordination. From blood circulation to oxygen supply. heartbeat rate to neurological pathways. what is good for your heart is loved by the brain too.
But the brain does more than that. when it comes to pleasure brain doesn't care about anything. your health, heart, even your life. That, why you have to extra cautious about the functioning of the brain when the brain runs at low energy chasing for the pleasure it can harm you. make you feel shame and guilt.

it is important to understand your energy levels. feed it and give your brain rest when the energy is low. feed it with proper and certain types of foods in certain conditions.
For instance, when you wake up, coffee is a good choice but when its time to sleep caffeine should be avoided at least 4 hours before bed.
when you do high-intensity exercises you need to feed with glucose and carb immediate after exercise (for best benefits)
Eating the foods rich in fiber are good for sleep as zinc good for testosterone and libido, magnesium is for many vital functioning of the body

Avoid foods that are fatty, oily or dairy products even sweet fruits. when you reduce the consumption of these foods. you need little extra salt because of the demand for sodium by your body

when it comes to exercise, the benefit of exercise is not as per expectation it is a long term process. the benefit of exercise I will get within weeks that not deal. what if, I want to feel good right now or I need good brain health within two days to perform best on my important project. That what I am going to tell you.
So the exercise, of course, is a great thing for health in the long run but I am talking about instant benefit and the long term benefits are a plus point and a bonus.
I learn through practice the art of combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercises
aerobic is a slower and low-intensity exercise for a long period of time is fat and oxygen burner helps in generating new brain cells

Everyone breathe all the time. that, not my point. I mean a specific type of breathing to pump oxygen directly to the brain by paying complete attention to the breathing. while taking rest from thinking for 5 minutes at a time

If you are new to meditation then just start your meditation practice only for a few minutes simply by voluntarily shifting your attention to a particular small thing for 1- 2 minutes only. make a habit. meditation is a wonderful thing. every great person and not so great person do meditation every day you too can.
Step 5 Rest and Relax

Nowadays, not most people are lucky to get this blissed thing. looks very easy and simple but when you need to rest to perform your best then the rest will not come to you easily. do not compromise resting time.

I sleep every day and everyone does. but the quality of sleep does wonderful work on your body and brain. the time you spent in slow-wave sleep matters most on cognitive function. sleep is one of the most important things for your brain health and will power.
it takes learning preparation and practice to sound sleep.
